Youth Players will play in 1 Fall Jamboree 7vs 7 (Optional)
This will be on 11/10

Our Indoor Skills Training Program begins the week of Nov 12th and runs for 16 weeks ending the last week in February
Players can choose to attend any of the sessions/locations where their grades meet

The indoor skill sessions are not mandatory. If you are a student athlete who lives away at school, we offer discounts since you will not be able to attend these sessions. We also encourage multi sport athletes and understand you may have a winter sport commitment and that is absolutely understandable. That is also one of the reasons we offer so many skill sessions at various locations. Attendance is not taken at these skill sessions and will not have impact on roster placement.

See below for the indoor skill training schedule :

We break for the Spring Season. Although we are offering (optional) Laxachusetts Spring League and Skill building sessions. Games will be on SATURDAYS and skill sessions will be Sunday morning's for the Laxachusetts 5th,6th,7th and 8th grade players. The League and skills will run for 8 weeks and will not interfere with your town spring program.

Our teams/players return mid June and we have our summer mini camps where we train and prepare the players for the summer tournaments (each team attending 3 tournaments).

In the Laxachusetts program design, from our tryouts, we will select up to 60 player per grade (less if the talent is not deep). In the Fall tournaments, we create even weighted teams for all events. Our program is known for our training in the winter months and we will continuously evaluate players throughout the winter. In the March mini camp, we will evaluate the players once last time and then create AA and A level rosters. We will take the best 20 players per grade and place them on AA rosters. That is the top team per grade. With the increased talent each year within Laxachusetts, we often will have up to 30 players on AA rosters and will will rotate players from AA and A level rosters to get more players AA roster opportunities. We then will create two even weighted A level rosters with the remaining 40 players.
We do this because of the out of state tournaments we attend are set up for this exact model and the top club programs in the country are designed this way.
When we play tournaments in Massachusetts, we will even weight all of the grades (No AA rosters) since the level of competition is not as high In - State opposed to our out of State Tournaments.

I hope this helps you have a better understanding of how the Laxachusetts program operates. We are proud to be considered a top 3 Club Programs in the Country and the only Club program in Massachusetts invited to participate in the National Scholastic Club Lacrosse Association (NSCLA), the National Premiere Youth Lacrosse League (NPYLL), the Crab Feast Tournament, and the Young Guns Tournament. These are the most Elite level tournament and organizations in the country and we are proud to be the program to represent Massachusetts Lacrosse Nationally.
